Here's a tip - if you have trouble falling asleep, try some soothing sounds, like a recording of gentle rain. Resist the urge to take a nap; napping can make insomnia worse. If you really feel you have to shut your eyes for a bit, do so in the early afternoon and for no more than 30 minutes, or it could affect your sleep tonight.
We're only FOUR days away (April 30th) from our big Duke Alums Engage - NYC Community Health and Fitness Day. So grab your friends and join us for this once-a-year way to give back to our community! We still need:
- At least 25 volunteers to help us serve 500+ people throughout the day in Central harlem
- A photographer/videographer for the day
- Additional volunteers to help with Friday night set-up starting at 7 PM at Dunlevy Milbank
Come down and volunteer. You won't just share. You'll learn!
For more information, to volunteer, or to underwrite some of our costs, please contact Jack Boyd at 212-642-9256 (office) or 917-514-2282 (cell).
