Community Health & Fitness in Harlem on Sat, Apr 30, 2011

By informing folks about the best choices they can make in order to lead a healthy life, we can make a difference in the lives of everyone in our community.  At our Duke Alumni Engage (DAE) - Spring into Wellness event we're offering basic medical testing, fitness classes, seminars about nutrition, as well as healthy cooking classes, to encourage people to get  healthy and stay healthy.
Volunteer for our Community Health and Fitness Day; lead a seminar, oversee a booth, give a cooking class or simply direct traffic.  And if you can, join us at the DAE Eve Pre-Event for set-up, Friday, April 29th at 7 PM.

For more information, to volunteer, or to underwrite some of our costs, please contact Jack Boyd at 212-642-9256 (office) or 917-514-2282 (cell).
