DCNY Softball in Central Park

Join the DCNY softball team (DCNY members only!) on the Great Lawn in Central Park (unless otherwise noted) for match-ups against other alumni club teams. July game dates are Sunday, July 17, Thursday, July 21, Sunday, July 24, Thursday, July 28, Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31. NYC Forever Duke Send-off Party

Did you miss the NYC Forever Duke Send-off Party on Friday, July 15th. It was the one tri-state area event that has a limited invitation list --- matriculating students and families, current Duke students, and key Duke volunteers (AAAC, DCNY board, et al.).  If you want to learn about other similar events, click here.

ACC Event - Thursday, July 14th

DCNY does many events with many different groups.  One of of the groups that we share events with is the ACC Alumni Club.  There was a fun cruise scheduled for Thursday, July 14th.  For more information on other events, check out the ACC website here.

DCNY - Volunteer at a Soup Kitchen

We have a wonderful opportunity to help feed the hungry at St. John the Divine , Amsterdam Avenue at 112th Street on July 24th from 11:30am - 2:30pm.  Please see the DCNY website for additional information.  Hope to see you there!!

DCNY Book Club

The next book club meeting will be held at the Cornell Club - New York in the Tap Room, 6, located on East 44th St. (Madison/Fifth Ave.) on July 20th at 7pm. Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt will be the book being discussed.
